SHIPPING + PRODUCTION
Most of our stuff is made to order.
Which means we do not have a mysterious warehouse full of your exact shirt waiting dramatically under a spotlight.
We make it after you order it.
PRODUCTION TIME
Orders usually take about 2 business days to produce before they ship.
Production times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally something takes longer because machines, people, weather, supply chains, and reality all enjoy participating.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.
SHIPPING TIME
After production, standard U.S. shipping typically takes 4–8 business days.
That means most orders arrive roughly 6–10 business days after purchase, assuming nothing unusual gets involved.
Shipping times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other things outside our control.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number.
Tracking can occasionally take a little time to update after the carrier receives the package.
This does not automatically mean your order has disappeared into the void.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Some orders may arrive in more than one package if different items are produced or fulfilled separately.
So if half your order shows up first, do not immediately assume the other half has abandoned you.
Check your tracking information first.
ADDRESS ISSUES
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake, contact us as quickly as possible at:
We’ll try to help if the order has not already entered production or shipping, but address changes cannot always be guaranteed once things are moving.
If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply to send it again.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears to be missing, contact us and we’ll help figure out what happened.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot find it, check around the delivery area, ask anyone else at the address, and give it a little time before reaching out. Carriers occasionally mark packages delivered before they actually appear.
If it is still missing, contact us and we’ll review the situation.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or clearly had a difficult journey, head over to our Returns + Exchanges policy or email us with your order number and photos of the issue.
We deal with actual problems.

Z3R0NE currently ships within the United States only.
The rest of the planet will have to remain emotionally resilient for now.
